my problem is i installed a game :age of empires 2:, after playing the game for about 10 or so minutes, the processor completely shuts off without warning, this happens each and every time i try to play it, my system specs more than support the game, could something be wrong with the cd rom?? anyone with an idea please help!!??

Are you overclocking? It could be your system's overheating. If your comfortable removing the side of the case, inspect all the fans to be sure they're operating, and remove any dust bunnies.
This could also be a video driver issue, have you updated your video driver?
