A wireless internet problem

I have a kind of unusual problem because it only deals with email programs or web based email. yahoo, msn, every one of them has a problem. In yahoo I can't access my inbox or can't compose, in hotmail when I compose it times out while sending the message. Same with outlook, or springmail.com which should work when your outlook doesn't, but springmail.com times out as well. My mother's lehigh web based email doesn't work.

I'm have one computer on DSL and the other is on wireless connecting to the DSL and they both have this problem. Any suggestions?

I think that the problem is in wireless router settings, although I'm not familiar with most of the settings, so I can't tell.
