Ok so I got this new lap top about 7 months ago and just a few days ago i was going to check some email and this window popped up and started downloading a bunch of stuff i hadnt ever seen..now its being really slow and it will freeze when i try to get on the internet. When i do get on and try to go to different websites this Enhance search pops up then closes all my windows....i have defragmented and removed a bunch of programs but it is still acting up and being slow. I dont know what to do please help!
