cant read text on some sites

Hi all. it's late, i'm tired, i know i should be able to sort this out, but if anyone out there could help me with a download which is going to enable me to actually read what i am paying for in some of my utility bill sites i would welcome it! The text is too small to read as i said, so is it a graphics problem?
