Hey,

Have major problems with my home computer! As soon as I turn on my PC, once Windows has loaded I get a pop up before I have even connected to the internet which says: 'Dr Watson's Postmortem De Bugger has encountered a problem'. Then it asks me if I want to send an error report. No matter what options i choose, once the pop up box has closed I can not do anything on windows. I constantly have an egg timer on the arrow and can not click on Start or anything on my desktop. All I can do is shut down through Ctrl Alt Del. It looks like this virus has got into some files on my computer. But I can't even delete these as my computer is constantly frozen from the minute i turn it on!

Is there any way I can over write it to re install windows?

HELP!
