A CRC error is caused when the data being copied is corrupted during the transfer.
Is the CD/DVD damaged in any way?
It's worth running scandisk/chkdsk on your hard drive just in case your hard drive is damaged.
Have you tried installing the game using a different CD/DVD drive?
