[Purgatory]

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone here could possibly help me out with Fallout 2, I've had the game for ages, and had just found my CD for it, but I've read elsewhere that it has problems with the SFX, durring game play.

Nothing I've found or read elsewhere has helped me.

Anyways, my problem is, the SFX (sound effects) of the game only work for about 3 to 5 minutes after loading my save game, Then they stop working.

I've tried all of the compatibility modes under properties of the exe for the game, still.. the game loses its SFX after a short period of time while playing..

Has anyone found a fix for this? or remember how they fixed it in the past?
