My question is, what is the average time for someone to start helping you out? I posted mine a couple days ago, and I am already back to page 11 or 12 with not replies yet. I totally understand that there are a LOT of people needing help, but really just wanted to know when to expect some help!

Staff seems VERY knowlegable, and I look forward to bringing my pc problems here!!!!!

Depends on the forum that you're seeking help in. The average wait in the Malware forum is 3-5 days. Everything else is pretty much 5 minutes to 1 day. I always look for the most recent posts or those who have no reply, so if you post something in a Non-malware forum while I'm on, you could get a reply in just a few minutes.

Thanks wiz! Yes, mine is in the Malware/Spyware forum. I am just nervous because about the time because my wife works from home and if my pc gets to messed up, she could get in trouble.
