Those files are ok.

Have a wonderful Holiday Season, Sam. And, as always thank-you for your time and valuable expertise. Should I disable and re-enable System Restore again like I did last time? It is such a relief to have this thing running quietly again!

Yes, I would disable/reenable System Restore again just to be sure any malware is flushed out. You don't want to end up restoring the same problem. :)
