Well, I hope that a new hard drive or sytem might come your way. Until then, your system will continue to run slow and I don't know that we can do much more about it.

Well, Thank you so much for the valiant try.
Can I ask for your help about a problem I'm having with outlook express? Seems like the address book can't be found even though I've reinstalled outlook express a couple of times.
If it is not cool to ask you here, please let me know and I'll start a new topic. Thanks again....
