Looks like all are checked except Windows size location cache in Advanced. Is that right? I enlarged it, but print a bit faint. Thanks.

Keith, I used Panda's free online virus scan sometime yesterday evening, and it showed that nothing was found. Then I got this email from them today, but do not understand it when it says my PC is in serious danger.

Did I flub, and is this considered another topic?

That's just a sales pitch, so ignore that

Run this one

http://uk.trendmicro...housecall/v6.5/?

tick to accept then launch housecall, select the browser plug in, not the java one, click next and just let it run in the background, check it after half an hour or so

Hmmmmmm :) Keep getting a message that Internet Explorer has to close - some problem with an add-on. Will try again later this evening. Hope I am not having more problems :tazz: Thanks again. I went to Tools, Manage Add-Ons and I do have AIM site class disabled. Guess I have to disable one by one to see which one it is? Have to scoot. Thanks again.

It was doing okay. Then earlier today I tried twice to download http://uk.trendmicro...housecall/v6.5/? and I would get the message that Internet Explorer had to close.

Will try again now.

I have tried several times going to http://uk.trendmicro...housecall/v6.5/?

Now, when I press the button Launching House Call, the scan bar that read IDLE turns to TESTING PLATFORM AND BROWSER, then it goes back to IDLE, and just sits there and does nothing.

Will try again tomorror sometime :tazz: Too tired now.
