i done the active scan, but its like cut off at the edge of my screen and i can't select any of the buttons to save the scan(they aren't visible)...it wont let me adjust the size of the window either. what should i do?

I dont see a Anti Virus program running on your system
Go Here
Dowload and install AVG (Free Program), Run the the set up and check for updates and then let it scan your system, Let me know if it finds anything,

After you have done that go run another online scan run this one TrendMicro's HouseCall have it clean what it finds, should have an option to save the log when it is completed please post it back here for me please, Make a note of anything it finds

I do have an anti virus program...from my service provider...but sometimes it takes a few minutes to load when i start my computer. it'll say it appears that i don't have any virus protection, but then after i click the icon on my toolbar, it starts. it's cox high speed internet security suite. do you want me to go on with the instructions above?

No don't load AVG if you have one running having 2 can create more issues.

Run the trendMicro scan and see what it comes back with

trend micro never really said it's done, but it has been atleast 4 or 5 hours, maybe more..and i'm on cable, so i'm guessing it's finished. i went to clean now, clicked it, and a warning popped up, saying some files will be deleted, i click ok and nothing else has happened?

ok i think i got it to work...and it says that some files couldn't be deleted...i dont see anything that will let me save the results to post them.. 3 files couldn't be deleted, they are

it tells me to remove them manually, but when i try, it tells me that there is no information on how to remove them manually.

Check Ewido for updates and run a scan with it please post back the log from it
