from my knowledge, sry but i might be wrong. Past experiences with friends doing things i tried to get them to stop doing but w/e. I'm probably wrong now getting back onto topic......

if still no go

Open Internet Options in the Control Panel. Click the
Delete Files button under Temporary Interntet Files.
Put a check in the box next to Delete all offline content.
Click OK.
Click the Delete Cookies and Clear History buttons, too.
Close Internet Options.
Go to Start, Run, type in
cmd
<enter>
Type
net stop wuauserv
<enter>

Leave the Command Prompt window open and using either Windows Explorer or My Computer, navigate to the WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2 folder.

Rename CatRoot2 to CatRoot2.old.
Close Windows Explorer.

Back to the black box
type
net start wuauserv
<enter>

Now type
exit
<enter>

Check windows update

nope still no sucess, i don't know what is going on. Has anyone had a critical update in the last month and a half?

repeat for each of the following, report if any show as missing, if not, reboot, try again

wintrust.dll
initpki.dll
dssenh.dll
rsaenh.dll
gpkcsp.dll
sccbase.dll
slbcsp.dll
mssip32.dll
cryptdlg.dll

OK, got a couple questions...looking back, I see you had some fairly big malware infections...did this issue occur before or after those infections?

When did it occur? Is that the entire log you posted earlier, or just part of it? It only goes back to December 26...is that when the errors occured

the errors began at the beginning of december, i'm still waiting for some help, but no one seems to awnser me. I'm gogin to post in the area where you haven't been replied to after 3 days right now actually and maybe they'll help clear something up because i know i have something some malware called squire however it requires me to go into the registry which i want to avoid if possible.
