After accessing the internet and also sometimes after retreiving email the following error message occurs

The instruction at "0x01b1f020" reference memory at "0x00000ba0". The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program

If anyone could be of help I would appreciate it

Thanks

try cleaning your internet cache and cookies. Also if that doesn't work, fix IE here: http://www.geekstogo...als-t87507.html

Hi

Thanks for the help, I have finally resolved the problem which was to do with vet. Vet had disabled email monitoring and it could not be enabled. To fix the error I had to download and run a program called winsockfix at

http://www.dslreport.../WinsockFix.zip

Then uninstall and reinstall vet, luckily all went well and no more error message.

Again thanks for the help.
