:) Now follow the prompts to install ME

We're going to have to install the drivers when the install completes.

How do you plan on connecting to the internet? Dial-up? LAN? We'll load the drivers for the MoBo and COM device first... :tazz:

Its going to take about 35 minutes to install ME which will take it to about 11.40 pm here. At that time Ill probably need to go get some sleep ( Its GMT here in the UK)I'm a school teacher and need to have my wits about me in the morning. So maybe we could look at the next bits tomorrow? But in the meantime I just want to say a really big thank you for all your help.

Right click on My computer, choose Properties, and click on the Device Manager tab. If there are any devices listed with a yellow ! or ? list them here for me.

The Toshiba website downloads page is a tad confusing... :)

Would you please download Everest from the link in my signature, burn it to a cd, install it on the Toshiba, generate a report using the "Report icon" (Hardware...preferably HTML), put it on a floppy, and then attach here it for me? :)

I'm going to have to hunt the drivers down... :tazz:

Apologies for the delay. I've tried to do this, have created a cd with the Everest exe on it . but when I put that cd in the Toshiba it produces a message box, Windows cannot find the AUTORUN.EXE and asks me for its location. Ive started it by running it from Start , Run etc but thought I should mention this. Ill post the everest results next
