My IE is taking ages to load or do anything again... it started happening all of a sudden today, and the only notable thing that's changed is that I got asked to allow lsass.exe via Zone Alarm... and it's been crawling like a slug ever since. I don't know if this could be connected in any way, but I really have no idea what could have caused this. TIA for any info...

In what folder was the lsass.exe that ZA asked permission for and what did you respond?

I gave it permission because it identified it properly and said it was safe; I assumed it wouldn't do that if it wasn't in the proper dir...

Nothing wrong in your log.
To my knowledge the only reason why lsass.exe would need internet access is to login with your ISP.
If you didn't need it to do that before, you can block it and see what effect that has.
