A week ago our computer was infected with a trojan. The computer hasn't had any protection except adware, Winhound and spybot S&D. So I went out and bought Norton. When I installed Norton I deleted Winhound since it didn't work well. Ever since then, whenever I try to get into any account, I get an error message(WININET.dll). Since I can't get into my user name I obviously can't get into my profile to do a scan or do any of the recommended downloads. So what am I supposed to do? I tried reinstalling the Microsoft Windows XP home edition CD, but it wouldn't let me. Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you
