HELP!!! Please!

I found a virus "ccollgatee" in my pc... i asked from this site and he/she helped me out a lot! i followed everything he/she posted and the virus was gone however, i must have clicked on something... apart from what she said... which may have triggered losing all the files... there are 6 of us using this pc, 6 folders too but only my files weren't deleted... is there any way that i could still recover those files?? they're really important! PLEASE HELP ME!! :tazz:

Looks like you are double posting. GerryF has responded in your other thread but it also appears that these are your first two posts under this user name which is a little confusing if you sought help here before re: that IM virus. Head back over to your other post and lets get this thread closed.
