after completeing all the steps i rebooted checked in my add/remove programs list and it was still there unable to be removed or changed. I still get pop ups when im online, and when i ran spybot agian i found common hijacker and igetnet, does anyone have anymore methods for finally elimanting this malware once and for all. thanks in advance.
