Hey James, i wanna thank you for youre help. I spoke with the dealer i bought the motherboard from and he said they had a bad batch of motherboards, gigabyte brand. Im going to bring this one back and he is going to swap me for a new asus for the trouble.

I will post back up with my problems if i somehow have any.

Sounds good :)
Just remember that you will have to adjust the RAM timing and voltages on that board as well.

sorry for not posting back up soon, new motherboard works Great! along with a different set of Ram! I got 4 sticks of 2048 DDRII PC6400 on the new Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe MB. I runs everything PERFECT, i love it.

Final computer setup:
Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe WiFi-AP Motherboard
AMD Athlon AM2 6400+ 3.3ghz overclocked a bit
4 x 2048 DDRII PC6400 memory
4 x Ati Diamond 3850 HD Card
BFG 700 Watt PS
Samsung 20" Syncmaster
Boston 2.1 Surround Sound Speakers
