iTunes Store cannot connect

these are my itunes network diagnostics. my internet works and my firewall is off. i have no idea why i cant access the store. please help!

I wonder if it's a good idea to post so much information about your IP address and your iTunes Serial Number! At least blank them out for the moment,rather safe than sorry!
