Does IE have a restore session like Firefox?

Also, how can I enable firefox's restore session all the time? I mean, I can only restore a session when my laptop randomly shuts down. If I close the browser normally, it doesn't have the restore session feature when I open it again.

Possibly this is related to what you are asking about:

Session Restore

Might want to get the FF add-on called FEBE.
