ok if i can put that in myself i'd rather do that than send off the computer. do u know what might have caused it to bust?

if i gotta replace the cd driver tho ima still send it. and im pretty sure theres no other way around it.

its just crazy i have these problems in less than 3 months after purchasing a brand new computer.

Is it 3 months old computer?
If so, don't touch it, and send it in.
You don't want to do anything to void the warranty.
Besides, 3 months old computer shouldn't be having any problems, so they better check it out thoroughly.

alright thanks for ALL the help but i guess my computer doesnt want me 2 fix it the easy way! at least now for sure i know its worth sending it off.
