My computer is only 2 months old and I was able to view videos and play games, but then it just stopped. It keeps givivng me an message saying download the adobe flashplayer and java script. I downloaded the flash player and it still won't work. I deleted something of my computer by accident so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Can someone help with this problem also how can i find the programs that were deleted?

Yes, I tried to restore but it says there is an anitvirus or pop up blocker running in the background and I don't know how to locate it. I don't have any running that i know of. I had installed a popup blocker but i deleted it from my system.

Yes, I recieve the message after the system has tried to restore. It says unable to perform system restore due to a virus blocker running in the background. Also when i try to open youtube or a video I get a privacy message at the bottom of the web page saying due to my settings some cookies were restricted or blocked. Also, I keep getting a message saying I need to download adobe flasplayer and java script. I have uninstalled the flashplayer and tried reinstalling and it says installation complete but when I try to open a video it says I need to download it again, Thank you so much for your help

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
