Please explain the lag you are referring to?
I see nothing other then the GPU temp at idle that is a problem.
Have you tried running the game in XP compatibility mode?
ok I need you to do the following and let me know what it says

Let's make sure all drives are using DMA mode

Click the Start and then Right click My Computer
Select Manage and In the Computer Management window, select Device Manager
In the right pane, click to expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
The click on the + sign next to your Hard drive controllers on both the Primary Controller and Secondary Controller
Right click on the drive and select Properties
Click the Advanced Settings tab
In the Transfer Mode box open the drop down menu and select DMA if available
Redo the steps to check each of the Controllers
Click OK and exit all windows
Reboot to make sure all settings take affect. Reply back with your results

The lag i was getting in xp was that everything run slow except when i was looking full down or full up.Now it is the same but when i look straight it is better. It is just when you play online and you download sth like that.....

If i had understand right about DMA Mode i got in there and saw ultra DMA mode and under that it was saying enable... (sth)

I haven't tried to run it in xp compatibility....

OK then here is my observation of everything.
Your GPU is not running correctly with the high heat. I suggest replacing it but make sure your PSU can handle the power it will need.
Everything else is running good except COD correct?
Any problem watching videos or movies?
Any sound issues listening to music?

Without looking through everything again is this a custom built system or a name brand?
If custom built what make and model is the mobo?
If name brand what make and model is the system?
I can then look for GPU's that will work in your system.

OK it looks like you have

PCI Express x16
2 x PCI-E x16 (blue @ x16 mode, black @ x4 or x1 mode)

PCI Express x1
1

PCI Slots
3

You should be good with any of the newer cards. Just make sure your PSU has the correct power connection for any card you buy.

If the air glow in the system is good and the new GPU has a fan then your temps should actually be lower.
Both cards do have a fan so heat should not be a problem.
You could zip tie your cables in the system together to open some room.
A second case cooling fan to draw cool air in would be helpful also.
