I do a lot of online gaming and for some reason i have been spiking like crazy. Ive had my isp come out many times and they always say there is nothing wrong. My computer specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X2 555 Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 6142GB RAM
Hard Drive: 500 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
Monitor: Compaq Q2009 Series Wide LCD Monitor
