We know its not a hardware issue since we have checked it all and the system is only 4 months old.
None of the drivers seem to be the cause of the error.
That leaves only software that may have been installed just prior to the issue starting.

Crash Dump Analysis
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crash dump directory: C:\windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sun 1/2/2011 7:36:25 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\windows\Minidump\010211-24460-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x71F00)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x8, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF800030A1591)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

On Sun 1/2/2011 7:36:25 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ataport.sys (ataport!AtaPortInitialize+0x20A6)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x8, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF800030A1591)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\windows\system32\drivers\ataport.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: ATAPI Driver Extension
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

On Sun 1/2/2011 7:32:16 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\windows\Minidump\010211-21824-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x71F00)
Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x20, 0xFFFFFA8006A667D0, 0xFFFFFA8006A66890, 0x40C0008)
Error: BAD_POOL_HEADER
file path: C:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Is there anything left that I can do? Or am I doomed with this continuous BSOD ;)

Would you recommend updating drivers through this site? http://www.driverupdate.net/

and then doing windows update? do you think its worth a shot, or should I just do system restore? ;) ;) ;)

Most of those driver update programs are useless IMHO as they do nothing but usually go to the manufacturers site anyways. Downloading drivers from most other sites is not only not advised but could potentially contain bloatware or malware.
You can try Microsoft's Window Update and see if that helps.

the one thing I'm worried about is when I had the laptop for a month, windows update had installed some updates on my computer, then my computer wouldn't start. So I had to re-format everything. So after the re-format, I disabled windows update, and my laptop ran fine. I'm worried if I enable automatic updates again, maybe it'll cause my laptop to crash again. but I guess I don't have many options left right?

So how long have the updates been turned off?
Push and hold the Windows key on keyboard. This is the one with the Microsft windows logo on it.
While holding Win key down click on the Pause\Break key

This should open the System properties window
On this window it will show

System info:

Microsoft Windows: type and version
Service Pack number

Registered Name
Register Number

Computer:
CPU type
Memory
I need all the above info in your next reply Except for Register name and number.
This is private and we don't need to know this information

It's been off for three months I guess.

System

Windows 7 Home Premium
Manufacturer: Toshiba
Model: Notebook
Processor: AMD Athlon ™ II Neo K125 Processor 1.70 GHz
Installed Memory RAM): 4.00 GB (3.75 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System

I find it funny that the laptop doesn't crash at all in safe mode.

I don't and as I suspected there is something in startup or Services that is causing the issue.
Can you look at the last instructions and let me know what SP you have installed?

OK no problem.
I think the next step is those updates as I just logged into my Win7 partition and had 6 security updates in just the last week. God knows what you have missed in 3 years.

I have a question. I'm trying to do system restore, and when I select the date that I want the drive to restore back to, it says that system restore isn't turned on. I go to System for System Protection, and the tab is missing. There are only three tabs there. Is there another way to turn system restore on other than through System?

Also under System Properties, there are only: Computer Name, Hardware, Advanced, Remote. No system protection

Okay it looks like there is just too much wrong with my laptop, so I'm just going to re-format. Just wanted to let you know. thanks for all your help! really!!! I wish it had gone down another way, but I think this is best. There isn't even a System Restore tab or under services anymore. it's just crazy.
