You are here posting to me now so why can't you use the system you are on now to download the program?
Burn it to a flash drive or to a cdrw and then use it on the problem system. :)

Ahh ok that would make it hard. Any way you can use a system even at a library to get the program?

Yes follow the steps to download the program and then make the cd preferably on a cdrw. You also could use a flash drive and then copy the program over to the problem system.

It has been 5 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
