OK lets try this fix

Go to your System32 folder and find MSXML4.DLL and delete this file.

Then download the standalone package here and install it

Then retry windows updates

OK this is a known problem with this update and MS is working on it, until then they recommend hidding the update

I have had problems installing some driver software for various programs i attached an image of the error that i was receiving while installing a new mouse that i got.

No, it said it wasnt installed properly and it asked me to install using the proper settings and i clicked that option and i got the same error again.
