You might try and set your routers dns to google dns.



It still looks like a dns issue.

Can you try open dns please.

Also can you open your services and disable the dnsclient serivice and reboot your machine please.

Hit the start button type services.msc scroll down to the dnsclient service right click it then select stop while you are there set the service to disabled.

Change the dns to open dns as well reboot your machine.

Let me know how that works for you.
