You can disable Driver Verifier now. Please continue working with the malware thread you started, and then post any significant updates here :)

Go to this directory, and then attach the dump file(s) in your next post:

C:\Windows\Minidump
or
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

the only thing listed in minidump was from 07 aug before you asked me to run the driver verifier. i do not see a folder for memory.dmp.

when i turned her pc on this afternoon, i was able to write down this blue screen message

irql_not_less_nor_equal
0x0000000A
0x0800000F
0x00000002
0x00000000
0x8248A ( i didnt get the other numbers before it disappeared)

when i right click on the c drive then go to properties and disk clean up i see these files listed

system error memory dump files (186mb)
system erroe minidump files (157kb)
per user archived Windows Error Report (112kb)
system archived Windows error report (15.8 mb)
system queued windows error report (458mb)

would these have any useful info? i tried looking for them under the system and system32 file but could not find them there

thanks

Don't delete those files, go the same directory as before, there should be a Minidump there now, please upload that file.

here is the other file Mini080713-01.rar (17.42K)

while trying to post it originally i received.. warning access is denied message (using 7 zip) and cannot create mini080713.rar (using winrar) i had to copy the file to a usb and convert it on a different pc.

You can just copy the dump files over into a zipped folder, and then upload the files that way.

Try following - http://www.sysnative...dump-files.html
