I took a picture using my cellphone then emailed it to myself to another computer then posted it on here lol ...

 

Ok ..do I unmount both the drive and the usbdrv then mount them again??

Thanks for info on getting a screenshot to us,  :rockon:

First, unmount both the drives.

Then mount only the hard drive.

Then post a screenshot.

On step #10onpost #226 ...

 

Just to be clear on what its asking me to do ....

 

They want me to drag the icon "my doc & settings icon" from the big long window labeled " /mnt/sda1" window on top of the screen and drag it down to the smaller window labeled "/mnt/sdb1" at the bottom??

 

Bc the instructionson step #10 says to drag it to an open space on the "sdc window? But I dont have a window labeled "sdc" ... here is my screen shot ..

Sorry Lexy610, as you may have noticed, we have a new interface for G2G and there are still a few bugs.

I have modified reply #226 again, please take another look, if they are still not easy to follow,  let us know.

I did as instructed .. I dragged the "my doc" icon from sda1 to sdb1 then clicked  "copy" but I got a window saying it already exists -merge contents? Do I merge?

Please hover the mouse over the My Docs in the sda1 window, Make a note of the date and size.

Do the same for the My Docs in the sdb1 window.

Post both results.

It doesn't show anything when I hover over it with the mouse .... I tried it on both and nothing
