Hi all,

I need to recover the files from a burned out Lenovo Yoga 11 but I have no idea which hard drive enclosure to purchase. This is my first time doing something of this nature so I am afraid to try things on my own that would damage the drive. Would anyone know off-hand what size I would need to get and if there are any hazards I have to look out for?

Gday.

If you have access to a desktop PC, you could connect the SSD, internally, to that computer and transfer Data.  If you need to use an external encloser, you will need to know the exact model of the laptop and find the appropriate Service manual as it could be a 2.5 or 1.8 size SSD.

Follow the links on this post, > http://forum.noteboo...eplaceable.html and if no luck, try from this search page.

> https://www.google.c...service manual"

Let us know the results.
