Hello! I think Aura is giving you great advice. I would like to recommend trying Windows verifier and see if that will give us any clues.

PS This is a topic that has been addressed on this forum!

Zip up the dumps in C:\Windows\minidump and upload here.

It's highly unlikely tcpip.sys or netio.sys is the cause  of the problem.

Looks like AVg is the cause I read 6 of your latest dump files and all of the point to AVG.

Remove it from add remove programs, reboot machine.

Run this tool,          AVG Remover(64bit) 2014            reboot machine.

I suggest that you download CCLEANER then run it, hit the option's button then settings, put a tick next to Run Ccleaner when the computer starts.
Also when in options go to advanced tab and put a tick next to close program after cleaning.
This will automate the temporary file removal on your machine and keep it speedy.
Disable all of the start ups on the machine except your antivirus.
To disable hit the tools button then the start up button, then disable.

Important Note:  Do not use the registry cleaning function of CCleaner, it is not good to remove items from the registry,  unless you know what you are deleting.

After you install and run CCleaner reboot once again.

Install this great free AntiVirus as a replacement for AVG.

360 Total Security

Test the machine out for a bit and get back to us. :)
