Good evening!

I was using my notebook normally and decided to run the last restoring point created (today), but it's taking way too long, already more than an hour, when it always took less than half an hour to do so. Besides, during the process the screen just turned off, as if it was about to shut down but it is still working.
Its an HP Pavillon g6 and runs Windows 7 64bits in it.

Btw, the last time it happened something like that, I shut it down mechanically, what is really not recomended, and of course, lost everything.

Can somebody please help? I havent found any tipps on the internet.

Thank you!

Hi SamStencil :)

If you press on any keyboard keys (not the space bar or Enter button preferably), does the screen comes back? It might just be in "sleep mode" right now.

Hey!

At the end I called a technician who told me it was probably the graphics configuration and that I could turn of the computer normally. So did I and it worked normally again, just the restoring point couldnt get finished. But I guess this topic is solved :P

but thanks anyway, Aura!
