Ok...I'm looking for a software that:

• Is installable on Windows 7 PCs (NOT a web-based program)
• Has the ability to create calendars to schedule appointments, events, etc.
• Has the ability to create to-do lists.
• Syncs across multiple computers (about 5)
• Syncs with mobile devices (iOS and Android)

And in a perfect world, also the ability to:

• Take phone messages that the other devices will see
• Send interoffice messages between devices

I prefer to find something (again, in a perfect world) that is free, but don't mind a one-time fee. I do not NEED this enough to justify paying a fee per month. 

 

I'm open to any suggestions that anyone may have! PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure that Microsoft Office OneNote can do all of that. Or even Evernote. You should check them out
