Hi,

All those options are for mail web services something normal because usually the device doesn't have storage space to store everything like on a PC.

You have to check with your e-mail provider if they support IMAP or Exchange access to the mail server.

This may interest you What’s the Difference Between POP3, IMAP, and Exchange?

The mail clients will work directly with the mail on the server using protocols build to work that way like IMAP, Exchange.

My email client does not mention anything about IMAP but pop3 have.

I couldn't find information about your email provider using that domain. If you have access to the account using the web check the help because most likely they allow access using IMAP.
