I just got my computer this week..... a new HP from Best Buy.... I thought windows 8 was bad, but this one is worse!  The pages skip around as do the fonts without touching the screen.  The scroll br is unsteady and hard to keep steady... and I've tries everything to fix these, but nothing works.   I absolutely hate this pc, and/or windows 10.   If Microsoft doesn't have a fix.... this is the last product I will purchase from them.... my last pc was a Samsung... the problem I had with it was that the keyboard skipped arond while typing..... and its funny my older pc's were far better... I had zero problems with xp... now this is grating my nerves... I'm ready to return this rotten piece of junk.

There is definitely something wrong with the computer. It should not be doing any of the things you mention.

Take it back and get one that works correctly. Make them show you, in the store, that all works as it should.

I don't think this is an OS problem, more likely a program Samsung installed or defective hardware.

Windows 10 is rock solid for me.
