If I go with the Evga Gtx 970 FTW+ how much do I have to overclock the fx 6300 to reduce bottleneck? Also is the Corsair H75 good enough to cool the CPU when I overclock? Also if I get Assassin's Creed Syndicate whats my performance going to be?

:welcome:   SkyXero,

If I go with the Evga Gtx 970 FTW+ how much do I have to overclock the fx 6300 to reduce bottleneck?

What makes you think you that the FX 6300 will bottleneck the GTX 970.

is the Corsair H75 good enough to cool the CPU when I overclock?

Not being an overclocker I have not used water cooling myself but after looking at the Newegg reviews for the H75 I would suggest that if you are set on a liquid cooler you should consider the H60 as it is quieter, has more positive reviews and is less expensive, see here

if I get Assassin's Creed Syndicate whats my performance going to be?

The system requirements details are not out yet so no one knows + other Items that you have not mentioned will affect the computers performance;

How much Ram do you have and what speed and CAS latency is it.

What is the brand and model name or number of both your motherboard and PSU.

What OS.

I have G Skill Ripjaws (4x2) GB 1600 DDR3 with CAS latency 9

My motherboard is a Asus M5A78L-M-USB3 and I'm planning to buy a Corsair CX750M with the GTX 970

I'm running Windows 7

And I was told that the Fx 6300 would bottleneck the GTX 970 from pcpartpicker

Gday.

You could get 60 fps in games that are not too demanding.

If you are playing something like Crysis, you will need to lower setting.  example, > https://steamcommuni...01999537533334/

Pick the games you want to play then find forums that are dedicated to them, that way you find out what is achievable and some guides on the setting to use.
