Alright so I recently broke the digitizer in my Motorola Moto X 2nd Generation. I had this phone for about two years and had the screen replaced three times. About a week or two ago, I bought a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) and the pictures were unable to be transferred over. I have attempted to connect my Moto to two different computers and access the photos with a USB cable but the device only shows up on the computer, it does not let me access the files. Any suggestions? (The moto still works, however I am unable to see any part of my screen-therefore it is essentially unreactive)
