The screenshots are fine, if you click on the images the forum will show them in bigger size that allow read just fine.

 

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.
Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options:

• List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size
• List Minidump Files
• List Restore Points

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply.

I'm not familiar with WinDirStat so I decided to test on my machine and notice it doesn't show the same values as windows!

 

Please run the program like you did before, after the scan of the C: drive open the Options menu -> check Show Unknown post a new screenshot without expanding any folder.

Hi,

 

Now the programs shows that something Unknown is using 203GB! let see if we can clean that...

 

From the Start button menu, choose All Programs→Accessories→System Tools→right click Disk Cleanup and select the option Run as Administrator
select the drive C: and wait for the initial scan to complete.

Click the tab More Options to access the a screen like this:

- click the second Clean up... button on the image and confirm the operation.

 

Run WinDirStat again but this time right click the program icon and select Run As Administrator, please post a new screenshot like you did before.
