So you have the latest version of Windows 10 i just want to make sure the USB flash drive contains Windows 10 April 2018 Update.

If you have latest version of Windows 10 then boot your computer into BIOS setup utility and from BOOT tab reset BIOS settings to factory default and save the change. Boot your computer with USB flash drive and delete all partitions and install Windows 10 on unallocated space.
