Here's some more background conversations that I had with ProfitHost which might be of help.
FROM ME TO PROFITHOST; My problem arose overnight, on Oct 14 all was fine. Then Oct 15 it wasn’t. Don’t know what happened; Windows update, virus software or whatever. Windows 10, Dell computer.

servers. That means your login LINK has likely changed. IMPORTANT: your
CREDENTIALS have NOT changed – they are the same. But you will most likely
need to login from a different link.
To find out which link and which cluster you’ve been assigned to, you need to
insert your credentials on each of the following links. One will work, the other
will not.

Please note that this will be marked as not secured and you won’t be able to change that. However, you’re basically connecting to the same source/panel, so it’s up to you and your own comfortability.

Whichever link works with your credentials is the one you should save and use in the future for all logins to ProfitHost
Everything else stays the same – your data is safe, encrypted and secure. Downtime
should be minimized in the future and loading speed should be much faster too.
