Put your name and then put the serial number which you get from pressing start smart and then the word Nero

Does it say invalid, are you putting the numbers in like this 0000-0000-0000

I't does not invalid, the Install button is just staying gray and thats how I am entering my numbers.

Click start smart, click Nero, click check for updates, download packages one and two from there
