Did my suggestion fix the issue? Just want to know...

Does Windows Defender mention where that LOP infection is located at (what filename)? Do this:

Download FindLOP http://metallica.gee...com/findlop.zip and unzip to a folder. Inside the folder find findlop.bat Double click on it and it will create the file C:\findlop.txt Find that file and copy the content into your next reply.

Your suggestion seems to have fixed the issue I was having, many thanks for your help it's been very much appreciated - it's so unusual to find someone so knowledgeable & helpful.

I'll run the findLOP suggestion when I get home later & post the results
