Sorry, but I need to keep this thread near the top. If it gets off the front page, it may go unseen forever.

Thanks for the advice, this seems to have had several positive effects. My computer now boots noticeably faster (5-10 seconds faster), and since following that guide, none of the problems have occurred. Thanks again. :whistling:
