Like 100% water proof...like your bluetooth device could be 20 ft away from the pool and you could still be listening to your music while swimming?

No, no that waterproof You can run with it in the rain and such... But I doubt it'll work in the pool

They were 140$ here, I imagine you can get them for a 90$ in the US, they are a worthy purchase,

Ohh that sucks...I`ll keep looking since Insignia`s arent water proof
(Oh and i found the S9s for $79.98 )

Water proofing is not a must, I imagine you can use them for sports anyway. It's important you try them on because most of these headphones fit inside the ear and therefore if they're not comfortable you're doomed
