You have to download the WindowsXP-KB310994-SP2-Home-BootDisk-ENU.exe and the recovery console.zip.
Unzip it and you will find a batch file which will do all work for you .

I downloaded the file and changed the name as they advised to BootDisk.exe
I then opened the BurnCCDC program and tried burning the CD however it gave me an error: The size of the file is not valid.
I don't know what I did wrong

Nice
Please boot your system from the cd, you will arrive at a command line where you have to choose your windows installation. Choose 1 and hit enter, type in the admin passowrt if you had set one and hit enter again.
No you will see a command prompt, type in the following and hit enter
fixmbr
exit
The system will reboot now.
Are you able to boot into windows?

It gives me 3 choices:
1) To setup Windows XP now, press enter.
2) To repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console, press R.
3) To quit Setup without installing Windows XP, press F3.
I tried the first option however it says:
Setup cannot find the End User Licensing Agreement. Setup cannot continue.
The second option asks me: Which Windows installation would you like to log onto?
The only option was C:\Windows so I selected it and it then asked me to type in my Admin password which I have no idea what that is. Where do I find that?

I think I figured out I don't have an admin password so I just hit enter and it brought me to C:\Windows>.
I then typed fixmbr exit and it brougt me back to C:\Windows>. I then typed fixmbr and this is what came up:
***Caution***
This computer appears to have a non-standard or invalid master boot record.
FIXMBR may damage your partition tables if you proceed.
This could cause all the partitions on the current hard disk to become inaccessible.
If you are not having problems accessing your drive, do not continue.
Are you sure you want to write a new MBR?

Yes. It is the last chance I see to fix this issue without reinstalling the system.

I did it and it says: The new master boot record has been successfully written.
It brought me back to C:\Windows.......what should I do from here?

Hi,
Can you borrow a winows cd? We could try a repair installation, that will not touch your personal data on the system.
