This does not make sense, as that was the Vista page... It has reached the stage now where a re-install is the only remaining option I am afraid

Do you have the windows disc - or is there a recovery partition on the computer ?

What is the make and model of your computer ?

No windows disc and it is a Lenovo T400

OK select Security Protection and recovery and let me know the options available there. There should be two or three options the one we are looking for is non destructive recovery
