Understand enough to verify all the information I needed. It's not that I disbelieve you but i like to see what I need to find out.
I'm not sure why it is asking you about upgrading if this is the full version installation disk.
Since this is not working then we can try a long shot approach.

Download DriverMax and have it scan your system. It will open their website with all the out of date drivers you can update. With the free version you can update only 2 drivers per day so if you have a lot of them it will take a few days to get everything updated. I have been using it for about 6 months now and like it better then any other utility out there for keeping my drivers up to date.

OK make sure you upgrade the driver on that first as the nvidia driver is one of he errors that keeps showing up in your event viewer and whocrashed report.

Today I had a blue screen, I've installed all the drivers DriverMax. =(

On Sun 11-12-2011 20:14:47 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\121111-24975-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7CC40)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x40, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF800030D4E38)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

OK this is looking like a OS issue the more we go.

OK the issue seems to be the Win 7 OS itself that is causing your problem so lets do a Repair Installation by following the steps HERE.
Please read and follow all instructions carefully.
